Academic Guidance
The Guidance Department at St. Joseph High School strives to make each student aware of her own self-worth as a unique, independent young womenwho has the capacity to grow academcially, sppiritually, morally, emtionally, intellectually, and socially. Each student meets her guidance counselor once a week in a small group to discuss study habits, academic progress, course decisions, and other related concerns. During individual conferences, the student explores possible alternatives regarding personal, educational, and career choices available to them within the framework of her abilities.
