Requesting Transcripts
If you are requesting a transcript, Please send a WRITTEN request with a $5.00 Money Order processing fee to:

Please include the following information:
- Maiden Name
- Year of Graduation
- Date of Birth
- Name & Address where to send the transcript
Please Note:
Offical Transcripts can only be sent to colleges or places of
employment.
If a student needs a transcript, a Student Transcript can
be mailed.
If verification of graduation is needed, a Diploma Letter can
be issued by following the same instructions as if requesting a transcript.
